INTERATIVOS comes to light following my passion for arts, education and participation; my need for sharing!
The workshop is part of my socially engaged practice, which also focus on art as an excuse to bring people together and to promote wellbeing. It’s a space for collaborations, exchange skills, ideas and create original artworks.
It takes place regularly at the lovely and cosy The Create Place (at the moment online).
Materials are provided, but we love when you bring something to share! From (your own) poems/artworks to thoughts, materials, books, stories…
INTERATIVOS is a playground for adults and children of all ages. A space to create, to think and to relax and flourish the artist inside of you!
With time, the workshop travelled to a number of cultural centres, galleries, social projects and care homes in London and around the UK, such as East London Carers, The Create Place, St Margaret’s House, the Rich Mix, Cooperscroft Dementia Care Home and Claremont Project.
The monthly group has also been to creative tours at spaces such as the Whitechapel Gallery and the White Cube, when I’m experimenting new approaches to think about the shows through creative activities, such as poetry, bringing a new experience to the visitors.
